ACCOUNTING OUTSOURCING
Our fees depend on the Company's level of activity
In scope of the accounting outsourcing contract we will undertake your chief accountant role and release you from routine paper work. You will pay only for actual provided services* and reduce cost for sick leave and annual leave of the in-house accountant. *depending on actual entries quantity
TAX COMPLIANCE
Our fees depends on the Company's level of activity
We will undertake solving the issues and communication with tax authority on behalf of your Company. In scope of the full service contract we propose ongoing tax consulting up to 3 hours per month free of charge.
TAX ACCOUNTING POLICY
Starting at 50 000 tenge
We propose two options of the tax policy:
- Standard TAP containing list of the taxable objects and liabilities. It is mandatory for every tax payer.
- Customized TAP developed based on specific of your Company’s activity. Such policy will support you during potential tax audit and enhance your tax position.
PAYROLL OUTSOURCING
Starting at 30 000 tenge / month
We propose full scope of payroll and HR administration services and guaranty full confidentiality.
COMPANY REGISTRATION
Starting at 20 000 tenge
We propose full scope of services for the new Companies, starting from drafting of charter documents, registration and opening bank account, finishing by assistance with your Company’s liquidation.
Tax review
The fee depends on the volume of the project
Within our review activities we will: (i) check Company’s tax liabilities on their correctness and completeness; (ii) review accounting data; (iii) review primary documents, supporting Company’s business transactions; (iv) estimate level of the tax risk/opportunities for tax savings. Our review results deliverable will include recommendations on how to mitigate/decrease the revealed tax risks, as well as options for tax optimization, if any. The review could help the Company (i) to eliminate tax violations (if any) without penalties and fees, which could be imposed by the tax authorities during potential tax audit; to decrease tax burden, if possible.
